Physical Fitness Evaluation
The Physical Fitness Evaluation will test your Physical strength and endurance with three events. The Push Up, Sit Up and Run events. Each event must be done on the same day and recruits must be within the height weight standards in order to have a passing Physical Fitness Evaluation. If you have been following all the instructions and activities in the Empowered Boot Camp you are definitely on the right track to passing this Evaluation. Lets see your Power at work!
