BOOT CAMP
WEEK 2 - DAY NINE - PAIN
You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.

This is a big week, its the time where you put all your hard work to the test and prove to yourself that you can push it even further. With so much pressure to go the distance be sure you are getting the proper rest and staying focused on the prize. Look ahead and keep going, that is the way to Victory.
DAY ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

Diagnostic Physical Fitness Evaluation
The Diagnostic Evaluation means this test will not count against you as a pass of fail. If you score below the successful passing average, meaning below a "Weak" score it will only help you to see where you are at this point. The only Physical Fitness Evaluations at Boot Camp that are regarded as the Final tests are the "Final Physical Fitness Evaluation" or the re-Evaluation if needed.
