BOOT CAMP
WEEK 2 - DAY EIGHT - ENDURANCE
You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.
This weeks task is to write a letter to a friend or loved one, let them know something good about your life right now and possibly a positive message about how you feel about them. Whatever write make sure it is honest and uplifting, your words could be helpful for you and them.
Failure is an option but so is SUCCESS, the choice is yours.
DAY ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

25 x Sit Ups
50 x Jumping Jacks

REPEAT x 3

NIGHT ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 5 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 5 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups.

25 x Fire Hydrants (each leg)
5 - 10 Second Knees to Chest
5 -10 Second Butterfly Sit
