WEEK 2 - DAY SEVEN - ENDURANCE

You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.

 

Times up! That cleaning Inspection is here, did you do what needed to be done? If, so than keep up the good work, it seems you have learned the meaning of self discipline. To all you who did not follow orders, add 20 Mountain Climbers to your Daily Routine.

Now that you have learned to be better, you are accountable for proving it.

DAY ROUTINE:

Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

2 Mile Run

(then complete the following) 

​

10 x Squats

10 x Lunges (each leg)

10 x Lateral Lunges (each leg)

​

NIGHT ROUTINE:

Complete this full routine in 5 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 5 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups.

30 Second Plank

50 x Sit Ups

5 - 10 Second Knees to Chest
