WEEK 2 - DAY 12 - ENDURANCE
You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.

This is a great time to practice your breathing, check your posture and keep placing one foot in front of the other. Can you feel that?! That is the feeling of progress, but the process is not over, still isn't over. Lets put it all to the test (practice test)! Don't give up now, remember, you can do this.

Diagnostic Physical Fitness Evaluation
The Diagnostic Evaluation means this test will not count against you as a pass of fail. If you score below the successful passing average, meaning below a "Weak" score it will only help you to see where you are at this point. The only Physical Fitness Evaluations at Boot Camp that are regarded as the Final tests are the "Final Physical Fitness Evaluation" or the re-Evaluation if needed.
