WEEK 2 - DAY 11 - PAIN
You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.

Day 10 and you are look at how far you have come, but don't stop here, there is still more to go. Have no worries you are doing a great job keeping up! Have you reminded yourself of how great are doing!
DAY ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

2 Mile Walk
10 Second Left Side Plank
10 Second Right Side Plank
50 x Obliques (each side)
10 Lunges (each side)

NIGHT ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 5 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 5 minutes, perform 10 Push Ups.

25 x Sumo Squats
25 x Flutter Kicks
10 x Push Ups
