BOOT CAMP
WEEK 1 - DAY SIX - CONDITIONING
You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.
If you have not cleaned yet, today may be a good day to do it. There is a lot at stake here, your body is transforming into its more powerful form and a healthier state of being. With your help, your environment can too. Uplift your environment as you uplift yourself. You are not who you once were. No more set backs, short cuts or procrastination. If there is something that needs to be done then you have the power to make it happen!
DAY ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 5 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

2 Mile Power Walk
50 x Jumping Jacks
25 x Mountain Climbers
10 x High Jumpers

NIGHT ROUTINE:
Complete this full routine in 5 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 5 minutes, perform 5 Push Ups.

20 Second Plank
20 x Push Ups (assisted/with knees, as needed)
30 x Crunches
