BOOT CAMP
WEEK 1 - DAY THREE - CONDITIONING

You have up to 24 hours to complete both Day and Night Routines. Follow the Meal Plan for each day and if you do not know how to properly do an exercise look it up.

 

Today is the day to step it up, no more television and no more cell phone after 6:00pm (unless there is an emergency/immediate need). Turn your phones on silent and instead of watching a show, read a book. Your mental health is important in your Conditioning and from now until graduation you will be blocking out unnecessary distractions and feeding yourself with more power. Its time to prove to yourself that you have what it takes to be Powerful!

DAY ROUTINE:

Complete this full routine in 30 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 30 minutes, perform 5 Push Ups (always unassisted/without using your knees).

2 Mile Power Walk

50 x Jumping Jacks

25 x Mountain Climbers

NIGHT ROUTINE:

Complete this full routine in 5 minutes or less. If you are not able to complete in 5 minutes, perform 5 Push Ups. 

​

20 Second Plank

20 x Push Ups (assisted/with knees, as needed)

30 x Crunches
