The EMPOWERED
BOOT CAMP
PAMPHLET

INTEGRITY       -      DIGNITY       -       EMPOWERMENT

The Empowered Boot Camp is designed to push your physical limits and mental strength. All participants will follow guidance from their personal physician, and/or physical therapist upon participating in The Empowered Health and Fitness activities. Participants must also abide by The Empowered Standards and Guidelines at all times. Once a recruit successfully completes Boot Camp they are considered fully "Empowered."

Participants are required to be in at least "Fair" Health and Fitness condition before stating Boot Camp. This means they must be within 10 lbs of the Height/Weight requirements, have no pre-existing health conditions or have been cleared by their doctor or personal physician, and have the motivation and drive it takes to complete the Empowered Boot Camp.

*If you are unable to try Boot Camp at this time due to weight, health or other concerns, the Modified or Beginner Workout Plans may help you to get in better condition.

Not only is Boot Camp intended to condition the body but it can also help with mental strength as well. Some weeks will have additional rules such as, no television or no phone after 6:00pm except for emergencies. These rules are to help condition the mind to disconnect from distractions, unnecessary stressors and triggers, like junk food advertisements and sitting around watching shows. It is required for all participants to abide by all rules and guidelines in order to be successful at the Empowered Boot Camp.

There are Day and Night Routines as well as a Meal Plan, participants are required to complete both Routines in a 24 hour time period and follow the Meal Plan to have optimal results.

Here are a few violations that have negative impacts:

- Misconduct is considered: Missing more than 1 day of Boot Camp results is a discharge and participants must start from the beginning.

- Misconduct is considered: Breaking any of the rules more than twice. Whether a participants has paid the consequence or not if a rule is broken more than twice that they will have to re-start the training.

- Failure to Adapt is considered: Failing the Physical Training Re-Evaluation by obtaining a score less than 'Weak." Participants are asked to consider doing Modified Workouts and build their way back up before re-starting Boot Camp.

Three things you need to help you successfully complete Boot Camp:

- Embrace the journey.

- Always stay focused.

- Never quit.
